We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by posting ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and vote them if they matter to you.
To post a new idea - select "Add a new idea" and where asked select the appropriate category this idea relates to. Provide requested information to allow us to get a better understanding of your request.
Vote ideas that matter most to you.
Get feedback from the IBM team to refine your idea.
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

With a small amount of work it can be extended to make use other Bluemix services

Please try the Digital App Builder (https://mobilefirstplatform.ibmcloud.com/blog/2019/04/05/digital-app-builder-ga-announce/)
They are not really a option one I looked at was priced so high have no idea why any one would pay. Their are lots on online web mobile app builder some are good some are just adding web views to mobile apps. your service. Where this service let me prototype then download generated code and continue development which as far as I know no other builder on IBM or Not offers that, unless you want to write javascript/html app.
We have multiple partner options for Low Code development, including our recently announced partnership with Mendix, an offering from Streebo, the Kinetise tool in the Mobile catalog, and Ionic.
