Make it easier to View Logs and Edit Code from the Dashboard

When looking at my apps in https://new-console.ng.bluemix.net/dashboard/compute#cfApp the menu at the upper right of each app allows me to Stop, Restart, Rename, and Delete the app. It would be great if you could add "View Logs" and "Edit Code" options to that menu.
