Wrong error messages in Bluemix UI

We have encountered many errors with very wrong error messages. E.G. if an space has not enough RAM, it is not possible to assign IP address slots to the space. If there are no IP address slots it is not possible to request an ip with `cf ic ip request`. If you still try to get an IP the error message you get is 'A problem occurred with your login state. ...' which is absolutely missleading.

We found wrong error messages on several other occasions which was confusing for us and the support team.
