As a Bluemix Dedicated and Local customer, I need the ability to have a Single Sign On service to manage users effectively

Currently I have to load my LDAP into Dedicated or Local, and after that point Bluemix is disconnected from my LDAP.  This makes managing Bluemix difficult because now I have to staff someone to try and keep Bluemix in sync with my company LDAP (e.g. someone leaves the company; LDAP is updated but Bluemix still has that user and they are able to login).
