This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Cloud and its products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

This is now available through IBM Cloud Databases for PostgreSQL, the next-generation of Compose. https://www.ibm.com/cloud/blog/announcements/read-replicas-for-ibm-cloud-databases-for-postgresql-now-available
Thanks a lot Arcangelo for the documents. We can certainly reuse something here for our client.
...
Attaching also the one about MongoDB...
Since many customers are looking for multi-site DB replication in Compose, as part of CASE activities, we have developed, tested and documented a workaround solution until Compose Development fils the gap. The solution is available for MongoDB and PostgreSQL (using different mechanisms).
I'm attaching the two docs, glad to read feedback before we send them to publication.
Thanks Michel for entering your structured idea. As we get this new backend system fully connected, functional, and rolled out, we will get this routed to our Compose team. I can tell you that this is a known requirement, high on their backlog, and work has already started to satisfy this structured idea. The owning Offering Manager will follow up with you if they have any questions or want to add your client's use case to the main requirement/epic/hill.
