Chrome/FF Plugin or Userscripts/monkeyscripts

Would love to start an open source project that allows us to experiment with dashboard hacks/mods via browser plugin. Interesting read: . So many interesting UI overlays could be experimented on:
a) Social context (discussion forum, likes, complimentary associations) for a specific service tile. UI overlay
b) Identification of Public vs. private IP for a service tile instance. UI overlay
c) Theming of the dashboard with personal or corporate colors/icons (Whitelabeling)
d) Hiding/filtering of irrelevant UI (e.g. organizations in drop-down, etc ...)
e) Surfacing of app/service creator and contact info
f) Logging of UI Errors
g) Cloud-driven Sticky Notes and Comments against deployed Apps
h) …. and much much more.
