In English-spoken countries where 12-hour notation is used, digital clocks display 12 a.m to mean "12 midnight" and 12 p.m to mean "12 noon". In Japan, 0 a.m is commonly used to mean "12 midnight" and 12 a.m is used to mean "12 noon". This wiki link (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_and_time_notation_in_Japan) also says "When using 12-hour notation, midnight is often written as a zero (0)". The point here is Japanese interpretation of 12 a.m differs from English, and this difference is not taken into consideration when displaying date&time in Japanese. To eliminate the confusion, please adopt 24-hour notation or improve the UI to show"12 a.m" as "0.am" when Japanese is used to open System Update Pagein Bluemix Dedicated environments.
