Support Let's Encrypt - Free SSL/TLS for docker containers and CF apps

For non-critical applications or POCs, it will be very useful if we can setup free SSL certificate installation and renewal using https://letsencrypt.org/

    Support for APIConnect would be required as well.

    For production use it really is critical that LetsEncrypt and auto renewal be supported.

    Today, you can use floating IPs for groups, but no SSL.  In the next gen container service, we will be leveraging single tenant Kubernetes clusters where you will have the ability to add an existing services to those worker nodes.
