Configure the Google's Scope when using Mobile Client Access service

In my first real world scenario, I just want to have access to the google's user email when using the Mobile Access Client.

At this moment, the MCA just asking for base profile that doesn't include email.

But thinking in a more general use case, will be nice if is possible to define whatever the application needed.
