Customer is required to fill out a spreadsheet with VPN configuration parameters. This is time consuming and prone to errors as there are no checks on the data entered until it is received by a network engineer.
Onboarding app would allow customers to configure the VPN connection in real time. The changes would be done with the involvement of a network engineer and could be driven completely by the customer.
