Many users really struggle trying to do the simple task of inviting new/existing users to their organization. The feedback I got from the field is that the flow is unintuitive and messy.
- 'Team Directory', 'Invite Team Members' and 'Manage Organizations' should be aggregated better as users struggle jumping between them.
- Why do all the checkbox have a border-bottom/unline on them?
- If you have many spaces in each region, how do I select them all? There is no Select All option
- It is not apparent that the auditor div next to spaces on the last screen is a drop down.
There are a few more problems on this page, and I believe it can greatly benefit from a design sprint.
