Custom Branding Mail invite

Customer has requested that the mail to be sent out to end users inviting them to install the application should be customizable.

1) Meaning the "Follow on Twitter" and "Follow on Facebook" must be representing Customer Twitter and Facebook links and not IBM.

2) The Body of the message, should also be customizable whereby additional text in relation to brief customer's privacy statement or general company mandatory statements should be made possible. Unlike current changes to Header, button, etc.
