Ability to specify multiple public accounts in setting up Bluemix Dedicated syndication

We have multiple Bluemix Dedicated environments and share a public subscription for using syndicated services among these environments.  At present we can only specify a single public account during setup.  This is problematic since we need to separate prod and non-prod systems.  We need the ability to specify multiple public accounts in setting up syndication when a public subscription is shared among multiple environments.
