Provide the ability to change the default domain

By default, Bluemix dedicated is configured to use a *mybluemix.net URL for all applications. As this resides on our internal network, the preference would be to use our own internal domain suffixes and not expose the *mybluemix.net suffix as an option.

    No. This request is to change the default application domain (mybluemix.net) to a custom one for Dedicated environments. I-34 is to change the default management portal domain (bluemix.net) to a custom one.
