assign OrgRoles and space roles during the invitation of new team members

When i invite a new user, I usually assign him as a Manager to a new organization. However, I am not able to select the role on Org-Level (only Auditor is provided) on space Level only Developer & Auditor is available. So I have to select the user from the Team list again and rework the roles. I would like to have the Option to select all roles during the Invitation workflow.
