Ability to view True Capacity in the Dedicated Environment

As an administrator I should be able to view capacity in the Dedicated environment.

    Hi. This was delivered for Dedicated CF and CFEE. Dedicated services like Compose databases, Cloudant etc. will not be implementing anything beyond what is already available today. The Enterprise Isolation in Public plans for these offerings will consider such capacity visibility on a service by service basis.
