[GUI] Animation from adding a new space to spin like regular spinner, not like a hulahoop

When adding a new space, especially from on-boarding to a new BM site (Frankfurt, Sydney) the spinning animation after clicking create is incorrectly displayed. The circle is spinning like a hulahoop and not like the classical spinner.

Team, I'd say this is definitely a UI defect/incorrect implementation, but platform team might think otherwise.
