API call stopper

Before starting to be charged additional fees, we'd like to stop call APIs. There are several APIs that have "basic plan". and these plans are structured by free amount and additional fee. When it's gonna make additional fees, it's better if we can stop using that API call. Then next month, when the use is reset, we can use again as usual.

    Just to clarify:

The ask is that when a customer is to be turned off due to over usage for a free account, that we turn off the service API..?  Please make sure we are clear on the use case here.
