User Defined Service Service Credentials Screen

I have use cases where I use the cf cups command to create a user defined service instance within an org/space and populate it with the authentication credentials for a service.  I have other users login to Bluemix console and have rights to access the org/space where I have created that org/space.  Some of these users want to develop apps and use the bind command to the user defined service which works great.  Other users are non-developers and want to simply access the credentials within the user defined service so they can use them in other applications (e.g. Data Science Experience, Watson Analytics, etc).  Bluemix has an excellent vehicle for me to communicate these credentials.  Unfortunately, there is no service credentials tab when I open the user defined service.  I need a way for the user to see the credentials within the user defined service without requiring them to bind to an app and use runtime>>environment variables.  This would be greatly appreciated.
