Use only SSL encrypted protocol in Bluemix console VIP

Hi,
to make Bluemix local work in BNPP, we had to authorize HTTP protocol on the console VIP (*.xxxxstaging.xxxx and *.xxxx.group.xxxx). For security reasons, this should not be the case.
Can we have a target implementation date for a console accessed in HTTPS only mode (all requests going to this VIP, from a browser or CF CLI)

    We are currently decommissionning the Bluemix local platform so this request is not relevant anymore for us. Maybe it is relevant for other clients, though.
