We would like to use a cf top plugin to observe apps in all orgs/spaces in dedicated envs

Hi,

we we are looking at adopting cf top to get some quick stats for our apps and understand what's going on in the environment with a simple cli based tool. However, the tool is currently not very useful as without special permissions in the CC we can't see more then 1 space / 50 apps total. 

Can we we please get additional permissions for a service ID with extended access to CC per the following github page: https://github.com/ECSTeam/cloudfoundry-top-plugin/blob/master/README.md
