changing owner of an account

being at the distributor level and on Pay go side.  we do not have the ability to change the owner of an account on the fly.  we would need the ability to update the owner when the owner moves on or the distributor needs to take control of the account.  Today in the old Softlayer portal normally we use the agent portal and change this info.  I normally have to do this at least 2 to 3 times a month with roughly about 150 BP account and several end users under the BP's.

    As of December 2017, it still is not obvious if there is a way to change the account owner in the console (when the avatar is clicked and the account information is shown).

     

    The ownership seems to be set to the name of the creator of the account, or the company name if that field is filled in. Once the account is created, that name is fixed, and updating the information both in the infrastructure portal and the My IBM profile does not reflect correspondingly in in the account info drop down.
