Need syndicated support for AppID within Bluemix Dedicated

Cisco needs the ability to support federated authentication for Bluemix applications.  AppID is the service proposed for this purpose in Bluemix public and we need this supported in the Bluemix dedicated environment.  It is suggested by AppID OM for this to be done via syndicated service.
