Configure a bucket or object as public on Cloud Object Storage Portal

If a customer want to use CDN + Object storage they need to set a file/object inside our bucket as "public". But today we don't have this feature on IBM Cloud Portal. Customer need to use some CLI or GUI software to do that.
If we have an option inside customer bucket to select files, and apply "public" permission will be perfect.
And after that show public address to access this file.
