Dynatrace OneAgent extension in IBM SDK for NodeJS

Node JS community buildpack contains Dynatrace OneAgent extensions. We would like to see the Dynatrace extension included in the SDK for NodeJS provided by IBM so we can make use of our enterprise Dynatrace product.
