Log draining / external logging for Cloud Functions

The possibility to externalize Cloud Functions Activity Log in a log centralization service like Papertrail.

This is a mandatory feature for production environments.

There is today apparently no way to drain the logs that can be found in the "monitor" tab in another tool.

So there is no way to easily monitor Cloud Functions.
