VRF inherent in ALL accounts

Since VRF is required for Direct Link.  Would it make sense when an account is provisioned, it is automatically under the VRF umbrella.

    Bumping this IDEA so that all new accounts are put into VRF when provisioned. This action would assist in alleviating ACL space on the routers and push new customers towards the Transit Gateway Product.
