Renaming application should update configuration and build files.

It would be helpful that when you rename an application through the web ui (gear in top right corner>rename app), it should also update all other relevant files.

This causes issues when a user renames an app, then someone pushes changes to git. Because the configuration files and build files are not updated, it will deploy a new application with identical settings to the original just with a different name.
