Global Server Load Balancing for Cross-Region Automatic Disaster Recovery

If we use IBM Cloud for enterprise , we need reliablilty system. We have any solution for relability . But , IBM Cloud is managed service . So, IBM need to serve relability option for Platform layer . specifly one of them , it is Global Load Barancer for cross-region. I know that GLB exited in the SoftLayer. Given the future, we should correspond to GLB ( all of Cloud Foundry Application and Kubenetes Container , Virtual and Beremetal Server )   .
