CLI should list snapshot schedules of file storages

Currently it's possible to enable and disable snapshot schedules, but not to list, hence not to check the current state of snapshot schedules:

 

snapshot-disable Disable snapshots on the specified schedule for a given volume
snapshot-enable Enable snapshots for a given volume on the specified schedule
Idea priority Low
