IP White Listing for Cloud Object Storage

Fluor Corporation:  Opportunity # TB-HD2S2H7 for $1.6M requires IP White listing support for S3 API calls to COS Public cloud in cross regional configuration.  It is desirable if this feature was available on all public cloud solutions.  The idea being that either at the COS device or bucket level, a system admin can define a prederfined range of acceptable IP addresses to the system.  When an S3 Call is made to a bucket, the list of ip addresses is compared to the caller's IP address and only granted if it is part of the predefined list.  Otherwise, the response is returned with an appropriate error citing unauthorized access.
