Q-Tensor (PPP)

The algorithm is a unique neural network of logic gates (CPUs/GPUs oscillation synch) that can use any scientific Fintech formula, such as a slope of a line, to graph data that shall reduce government debt through a cross-currency taper and global quantitative easing. I.E.E.E. standards of Fintech can be used to further improve Blockchain cryptocurrencies through the S.E.C. The algorithm uses super-softwares: AZURE (MCTK), L.A.M.P., MATLAB, Node.js, Python, REST API, TensorFlow and UNIX. The algorithm can be used with OOPs designed by Alphabet - Google, as well.
