Sort Machines By Creation Date

"Start Date" field in UI is not sortable (Like "Private IP" field, for example) The request is to make it sortable.

    The start date field in the UI is specific to classic infrastructure services (ex. Virtual Servers) but is not present on all services on the platform, due to that the filter would not be consistent across all services. When a user is on the resource list and they want to see the start date they can click on the instance they want to see and if a start date is present within the metadata it will be displayed on the pull out menu.
