IBMCLOUD CLI or WebConsole: Allow Kubernetes Cluster 'Owner' to be changed

When you examine the 'IBM Cloud' Kuberenetes Clusters Overview for a cluster in your development organization, and the 'Owner' attribute for the cluster:

1) there currently is no IBMCLOUD command line (CLI) nor WebConsole UI feature to allow that field to be changed.

2) it is not clear what that field is used for if anything; if it is not used should it be deleted?

3) if the Owner account is a person who has left the company, there seems to be no way to change this attribute.

Either the the IBMCLOUD Kubernetes CLI or IBM Cloud WebConsole should allow an authorized actor (Cluster Admin, Owner of whole organization, whatever ...) to edit and update that attribute if it is used for anything like e-mail notifications. If it is not used, perhaps it should be deleted.

whilst this requires changes, customers should be clearly notified that it's a good idea to assign a functional ID to be the owner of a cluster to maintain it. Alternatively there should be several owners and not only one.
