need a way to have support team call us back on provided number; esp helpful for non-US teams since the support telephone line is US-based.

    Private comment from Mark Ball: Cloud Console provides users the ability to provide their contact info to Cloud Support and to update that for particular client support cases being worked by Cloud Support. In addition, at any time, clients can update their support cases with requests e.g. for a call back, a joint web-based meeting etc.
