when opening tickets, the Offering field can be typed and intuitively one would think this is to be able to search typing partially or entirely the string searched.
However, as confirmed by your help desk this is not the case:
Regarrding the Offering field it is not intended to filter the resource, even if it gives the possibily to type inside.
Add searching by typing to this field - when one has a lot of services (= paying customer), scrolling the small drop-down menu is awkward.
Do not place IBM confidential, company confidential, or personal information into any field.
