    Hello Mark. As you wrote,this screenshot only contains information that issue was under investigation and was resolved a few hours later. What were asking is to add information about interim progress of investigation or when the issue to be resolved. This would make it easier for users to know when their service using IBM Cloud will recover.

    Hello Nobutaka-san, Is it possible to give me a little more detail on what you're asking for here? In the screenshot you showed, the Watson team had indicated that the issue was under investigation and a few hours later had resolved the issue.
