A user is able to create a Lite Account with an Org in German/Frankfurt region.

A user is able to create a Lite Account with an Org in German/Frankfurt region. The IBM Cloud Lite account is currently limited to the one region (us-south/Dallas or eu-gb/London, https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/account?topic=account-accounts). Due to our company's regulations we have to use services within Germany or at least within the EU. So London and Great Britain is currently a special topic, because of their endeavours to leave the EU.
