Cloud Foundry Region in Brazil

Hi there, I would like to have a new region for cloud foundry Node.Js Apps in Brazil/South America. 

Because we are developing a highly available multi-tenancy application with different services across different regions, latency is always a concern to us. Right now, we are now using two regions in US (Dallas  + Washington), we already connected another EU zone region (London) to our Organization, but no regions are available in South America (and it's crucial to us because most of our customers are in Brazil)!
