VMware licenses ordering

Because of the way license keys are used in VMware for vSAN especially, we should be able to order a license key of the amount of CPU that we need in our cluster.  License key are assign to each cluster not host.  So if my cluster has 10 hosts at 2 CPUs each, i'll need a 20 CPUs license keys, but portal only offer us to order 1,2 or 4 CPUs.

Than you ask support to combine key, which they do, but it doesn't reflect in the portal.  Management of licensing become a mess for clients who prefer to use bare metal offering.  I know IBM bypass that in their VCS offering by using large keys which they don't offer their clients.
