Classic Infra Bandwidth graph need change timezone

If view the past SoftLayer Portal Bandwidth,
The graph was displayed in the Timezone associated with SoftLayerID,
It is now displayed as TIME (America / Chicago Time) only.
I want to be able to display graphs in the time zone according to the local time.
