Feature to delete resource groups

 Customer has experimentation projects where resources live for a short period of time (i.e. Proof Of Concept). Customer creates resource groups to separate those resources from the rest of cloud. After the end of PoC, customer would like to delete the resource group and after a confirmation dialog, remove all resources inside the resource group and the resource group object itself.

Currently, he can't delete resource groups when he doesn't need them. Customer resource usage will grow rapidly in the short term, and they believe platform administration will become harder if they can't delete not-used resource groups.

Affected users: all platform administrators.

Workarounds: there are not workarounds.
