This idea consist of three parts. One-a generater which heats the input and -two a cooler and three- a collector. The generator would be used to turn the input into steam. The cooler would then be used to turn the steam into a liquid or powder. The collector then would be controlled by temperature to collect either a powder or a liquid. This would be either alcohol, water, or a metal powder. This would be an excellent way of handling garbage.
