Add a firewall to private endpoints so only traffic from an specific VPC can reach to them

Private endpoints can be accessed from inside IBM Cloud. That means that not everyone in internet can attach your database but only that other IBM customers can.

A 1st step to improve security would be to block any traffic coming from any source but in certain VPCs.
