IBM Cloud welcome email contains broken or missing variables

Submitting on behalf of a partner:

BACKGROUND

• IBM Cloud sends a welcome email with feature code with instructions to the end customer on how to use it to setup their account

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR

• Following an order being submitted to IBM 3PM, and being provisioned by IBM Cloud Team, two emails are sent to the end customer.

  • There are unresolved and missing variables in the email

  • Reflects on ArrowSphere, looks like we are not passing data.

JAN 2020 UPDATE

• Only a single email is sent now. It has a new and improved format but still has defects. See below files.
