VMs in VPC Gen V2 should support re-sizing option.

The basic benefit of cloud is elasticity and feature like dynamic re-sizing according to needs. like we can upgrade to a higer size or vice-versa as per usage.

Almost all providers give it out of the box, request to add this feature asap.
