IBM Cloud Account Security

Hi,

I reported this through the regular support channel ( case number: CS1797418 ) and they said they have reported to the department that handles the portal but haven't heard back and they suggested I put in the request through this channel

I converted a standard account to a VPN-only account but that account is still able to login to the IBM portal (cloud.ibm.com) and have the option to create resource as well as see all other users list and possibly access to other stuff. This is outside the Classic Infrastructure.

- I don't want the VPN-only account to be able to login to the portal. Can you tell me how I can achieve that?

- If the first option is not possible, how can I restrict them the same way they are restricted to get to the Classic Infrastructure part of the IBM cloud portal which tells them that they do not have sufficient privileges to access the infrastructure
