For example, When access IBM Cloud Databases for PostgreSQL via Serverless app...
I want to set Database IP like '192.168.XXX.XXX' to Environment Variables of Code Engine.
Can we get more information on this one? It's not clear which component would have the "Local IP"... the serverless app or the DB. Can you please elaborate?
