You will not be notified that you cannot ping.

I have set email notification at https://cloud.ibm.com/ when ping is not possible, but I am not notified.

The cause is poor database performance.

    Classic Infrastructure > Devices > Service Ping

    Monitoring is set, but not notified.

    Is this about receiving notifications for an event?

    Is it about not getting emails for incidents?

    I was told that the unannounced question was caused by a slower database performance than IBM Cloud.
    This is a problem on the IBM Cloud side, not on this device.
    It has not improved as of September.

    Takashi Honzawa, I'd be happy to help - we are working in this area and by the end of 4Q you should already be seeing improvements. What exactly is the poor database performance issue you are facing?
