Create Image of Virtual Instance in VPC Infrastructure

Image can be created of a running Virtual Instance in classic Infrastructure but not available for GEN2 VPC Infrastructure as per Support case CS1976835. This is basic functionality available from all cloud providers and is heavily used to create clones of running instances.
